Learn German
German for every age, every level and every goal
People come to German from very different places. A child taking first steps. A teenager working towards a certificate. An adult who needs the language for a university place, a job offer or a move abroad. The grammar may be the same; the road never is.
So we build the programme around the person and the goal, not the other way round. Children, teenagers, adults and professionals, from the first level to advanced command and preparation for recognised certificates.
Passing the exam is not the point. Using the language — accurately, and without hesitating — is.
German programmes A1–C2
From your first words to full independence in the language
The programmes cover every level from A1 to C2, shaped around your age, your starting point, the time you actually have and what you want the language for.
Early on, the work is about laying sound foundations and handling everyday situations. As the level rises, vocabulary and structures widen, and longer, more demanding spoken and written German comes within reach.
At the advanced levels the focus shifts to precision, to sounding natural rather than translated, and to holding your own in academic, social and professional settings.
School and university students, adults and professionals who want a structured, step-by-step route through German.
Online lessons
Professional teaching, wherever you happen to live
All teaching happens online. That is not a compromise — it is what makes it possible to work with you wherever you are and around the hours you actually have free.
An online lesson is not a classroom moved onto a screen. Digital materials, interactive tasks and proper planning keep it active and conversational rather than a lecture.
Greece, Europe, North America, Australia — the time zone is a scheduling question, not an obstacle.
Anyone who needs flexibility in when and where they study.
Goethe, ÖSD & telc preparation
Targeted preparation for the certificate you actually need
Passing a language exam takes more than knowing German. It takes knowing how the paper is built, recognising the task types on sight, keeping control of the clock — and going in with a strategy.
Preparation works through each part of the exam: structured practice in speaking and writing, reading and listening, and full timed simulations.
The most useful part is finding where it still goes wrong. That is what turns generic preparation into preparation for you.
The aim is that you sit the exam knowing the format as well as the language, and knowing how you will handle each section.
Candidates who need a German certificate for personal, academic or professional reasons.
DSD & the Greek State Certificate
Structured preparation, built on how the exam actually works
For candidates working towards the DSD (Deutsches Sprachdiplom) or the Greek State Certificate of Language Proficiency (KPG), preparation follows the structure and demands of that specific exam.
It is not a matter of working through past papers. Students practise ordering their thoughts, reading a task precisely, building an argument, producing structured written German and communicating effectively under time pressure.
Systematic training, the right material and full simulations build both the language and the readiness to sit the exam.
Students choosing DSD or the Greek State Certificate as their route to certification.
Teaching materials & worksheets
Learning carries on between lessons
Regular contact with the language is most of what progress is made of. So we develop and use material that supports the work in a practical, orderly way.
Worksheets, grammar and vocabulary exercises, comprehension and production tasks, thematic units and revision material — alongside lessons, or as tools for working on your own.
Everything is organised by level and by goal, so you can spend your time on the skills that are actually holding you back.
Greek for the Diaspora
The other direction — Greek, for families abroad
The Hub works in both directions. Alongside German, we teach Greek to children, teenagers and adults of Greek descent growing up in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany and beyond.
For those families Greek is not a school subject. It is the language of grandparents, of summers in Greece, of belonging to something that did not stop at the border.
Lessons are online, which means families can take part from any country and any time zone.
Families of Greek descent anywhere in the world who want to keep the language alive in the next generation.
A route through the language that starts with you
There is no single reason to learn German, and no single way through it. It might be a certificate, a degree, a job, a move — or simply wanting to hold a conversation without rehearsing it first.
