For Schools, Organisations & Institutions
A partner in Greece — for the proposal, and for everything after it
If you are reading this, you are probably in one of two situations. Either you have a project idea and need a partner in Greece who will do more than sign the mandate — or you are a Greek organisation looking at Europe for the first time and unsure where it starts.
We work on both sides of that. As a partner in European consortia, and as the team that takes a Greek school, municipality or organisation from a vague idea to a submitted, fundable proposal.
Erasmus+, CERV, Creative Europe, Interreg, Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, ESF+ and AMIF — across education, social inclusion, innovation, entrepreneurship and international cooperation.
Proposal design & writing
From an idea to something an evaluator can score
Most proposals are not rejected because the idea was weak. They are rejected because the need was asserted rather than shown, the activities did not follow from the objectives, or the impact section read like a wish.
We help turn an initial idea into a coherent proposal with clear objectives, concrete activities and results you can actually measure.
That covers needs analysis, objectives, work packages and activities, timeline, and the part most consortia leave until last — the project logic and the European added value.
From first idea to submission, what comes out is a plan that can survive both an evaluator and implementation.
Project management & implementation
Approval is the start of the work, not the end of it
A grant agreement is a promise about eighteen to thirty-six months of coordination. The projects that go wrong rarely go wrong at the idea stage; they go wrong in the delivery.
We support the organisation and tracking of activities, timelines, deliverables and the co-operation between partners — including the unglamorous parts that audits ask about later.
The aim is that each phase moves predictably, with responsibilities allocated clearly and communication that does not depend on one person reading their email.
Good management is what lets an organisation concentrate on the content of the project instead of on the administration around it.
Dissemination & evaluation
A good project should leave a mark after the funding stops
The value of a European project is not limited to the people directly involved in it.
Results need to become visible, reach the groups they were meant for and — wherever possible — stay in use after the final report is filed.
Evaluation, done honestly, tells you what actually worked, what the activities changed, and which parts are worth carrying into the next application.
What we are after is a project that produces not only deliverables but knowledge, experience and results with a life of their own.
Study visits & educational mobility
Learning gets sharper when it travels
Study visits give teachers, school leaders, organisations and teams the chance to see how things are done somewhere else — close up, and long enough to ask difficult questions.
We design mobilities around a specific learning objective, so the trip is part of a training process rather than a week of visits with a certificate at the end.
Done properly, a visit becomes learning, networking and a reason to change something when you get home.
Teacher training
Investing in the people who actually deliver education
Education keeps changing, and the role of the teacher changes with it — usually faster than the training on offer.
We develop and support professional development that strengthens teachers' knowledge, skills and international experience.
Topics are built around what a particular school or organisation needs, and can run as seminars, workshops, study visits or international mobilities.
The measure of success is simple: whether the new thinking makes it back into the classroom.
Building international partnerships
The right partners make possible what no organisation manages alone
International cooperation is one of the most effective ways for an education provider to widen what it can offer and who it can reach.
We build bridges between schools, education providers, companies, municipalities and organisations across Europe — matched on shared interests and complementary expertise rather than availability.
We are not interested in finding a name to complete a partnership table. The point is working relationships that grow, last, and open the next opportunity after this one.
What we do adapts to very different organisations
Schools & education providers
For European projects, mobility of learners and staff, professional development and international partnerships — from the first idea to the dissemination of results.
Municipalities & public bodies
For education, social and European initiatives with both a local and an international dimension.
Companies
For training, skills development, international networking and participation in collaborative projects.
Associations, NGOs & youth organisations
For European activities, mobility, exchanges, training and long-term international partnerships.
Do you need a Greek partner for a consortium?
Do you have an idea but no route from it to an application?
Are you looking for study visits, training or international networking?
Let's design your next European step together
We take each collaboration on its own terms. We start from what your organisation needs and where it wants to get to, and work out together what would create real educational and European value — rather than a project that exists because the call was open.
